I believe so strongly that there’s not just one way for people to move. 

We all have seasons of life. And we’re going to move our bodies differently in each season. The exercises we do together in this app are designed to get you moving in whatever season you are in.

With close to 20 years in the fitness business, I'm a former professional dancer who is certified as a life and fitness coach, meditation teacher,  culinary nutrition coach and have trained in a variety of fitness modalities

I believe movement connects you to the most powerful parts of yourself and builds the inner and outer strength you desire. 

My goal is to help you feel stronger, more productive, inspired, happy and of course kinder to yourself and others. My wish is that you feel more alive. More vibrant. 

Getting there is not as hard as it seems. You were born to move and I'm honored to get to move with you!

HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIBRARY OF WORKOUTS AND MORE? 

Access is simple: once you’ve signed up through our site, you can download the free app and have The Movement at your fingertips immediately.

You can access The Movement from your phone, your tablet, your computer, or your TV. The Movement is available on all Apple, Android, and Kindle Fire devices, as well as Roku. Streaming from your laptop? You’re good to go with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.

DO I NEED INTERNET CONNECTION TO ACCESS THE MOVEMENT?

You won’t be out of shape if you’re off the grid. Simply download content to your device within the app, and access it whether you’re in your backyard or the backwoods.

WHAt do I need to do the workouts? 

Forget the fancy workout gear. All you need are clothes that are comfy to move in, a yoga mat if you need a softer space to land on, shoes or barefoot (your choice) and your favorite device to stream or access the content. (We occasionally use weights, but feel free to get creative!)

IS THIS PREGNANCY/ POST PARTUM SAFE

Everything inside is what myself and others have done through and after our pregnancies. (I've had two babies!) All the workouts can be modified as needed. You'll find the mindset work to be amazing even through the darkest days of pregnancy. Of course, please consult your physician before beginning any workout program. 

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain until the end of your billing period. After that you will no longer be charged.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue prorated refunds on any subscriptions.

To cancel, you will need to sign in on the website, then click on My Account under the circle with your initials and open the Purchases tab. If you purchased the subscription through the Apple Store, you will need to cancel inside the store.

I'm somEone who gets excited about something and then loses steam after a few weeks (ok, a few days) How will this be different?

We’d venture to say The Movement is unlike any wellness experience you’ve taken part in before. Easy access. Accountability.
